I knit something!

I have two new loves... Handmaiden yarns and Knitspot patterns by Anne Hanson!

Rivolo

This is her Rivolo scarf.

The yarn is Handmaiden Casbah in "Smoke"... knit with size 5 needles.
As you can see, there was no pooling, just gentle transitions in color.

Now we just need it to cool off a bit more.

I love Casbah! It just magically fell into my basket at my LYS one day ;). I'm knitting the ever popular Lace Ribbon Scarf with it. Your scarf looks beautiful, and I'm sure it's super soft and lovely to wear! Kudos.

I have just the teeniest tiniest bit left on a pair of socks that I have dreamed about finishing...and have put it off for days. I envy you. It really is a beautiful scarf so here is wishing you cooler weather :-)

I love Anne's patterns. I just need to find someone to knit them for me.

Well, until it cools off down your way, you could always send it up here where it's already cold and raining......!! ;)
It's lovely.
