Finished Meida's Socks!

Another great pattern from Interweave! The pattern was interesting yet memorable and the yarn, Dream in Color Smooshy, was literally a dream to knit with! I love the subtle color variations and overall smooshiness of the yarn.

Just the facts...

This yarn tends to get snatched up fast so I recommend that you grab some next time you get a chance! The Loopy Ewe (which has become my latest Internet addiction shop) should have more in stock soon.

Beautiful socks! I always wonder, though--how do people wear those shorty socks? With sandals?

Beautiful! The soft focus makes them look like clouds!

Thanks!

I just wear them with my jeans and clogs.

Ooohh...now I want to knit those too! They almost look like gorgeous scalloped marshmallows. I haven't knit with my DC yet, how will I ever decide which pattern? These are wonderful, great job!

I like these kinds of yarn better. They don't take away the attention from the actual pattern, that you put so much time into making. I really need that book.

You're amazing!

Were these toeup? the bottom heel looks different than I usually see, like it has a little flap thingy. Having such a fancy top and not ribbed, do these stay up good? I always wonder when I see 'em.
